I started yoga at a young age, I was working through some personal obstacles when I started attending a yoga studio 45 mins from my house in Burlington. It started as one or two practices a week until I found myself there everyday!
Different styles of yoga, different teachers, and different lessons all began to shape why I was there and led me on my path to teach.
With so much stress, mental health and personal obstacles that we are all struggling with it’s important we find ways to release and realign.
